For Danfoss Climate Solutions, we are looking for a Sales Director OEM (m/f/d) DACH & Benelux located in the region. This position is home-office based.
This strategic role will lead Danfoss sales in the DACH & Benelux region with a focus on OEMs of HVACR and Refrigeration industry, guiding and driving sales operations.You will be responsible for leading the team within the cooling components product lines and will report to, and follow the guidance of, the Head of Sales Europe OEM.
What You’ll Be Doing You develop and execute the Climate Solutions sales strategies, capturing market share and maximizing profitability. You translate market insights into actionable strategies, driving critical priorities and securing sustainable growth. You lead, inspire and manage the team of Key Account Managers in DACH & Benelux and enable them to achieve goals and develop their accounts. Additionally, you cultivate strong relationships with key decision-makers at customer accounts, ensuring long-term partnerships. As a market expert, you leverage market intelligence and industry trends to optimize product offerings and value propositions. You collaborate with relevant internal departments like inside sales, application engineering, sales trainers and the product lines to deliver best-in-class solutions to our customers. Also, you are the face of Danfoss in industry associations, building our brand and expanding our network. What We're Looking For
For this role, you have a degree in Engineering or a comparable education and a proven track record in technical sales within the HVAC industry ideally with OEM accounts.
Additionally, we are looking for:
