Group/Division

The Semiconductor Process Control (Semi PC) business unit designs, builds, sells and supports a comprehensive product portfolio that ensures high-quality production of the chips that power the technologies of today and the future, including AI, data centers, automotive and electronic devices. Semi PC’s differentiated inspection, metrology and data analytic systems discover, characterize and monitor the defects and variations that can affect manufacturing processes across the semiconductor ecosystem, including high-performance logic chips, advanced memory chips, specialty semiconductors, wafers, reticles, advanced packaging, process equipment and materials. Semi PC solves our customers’ most critical challenges through a combination of innovative technologies, close collaborations, and a dynamic, global team. Semi PC is looking for talent in research, engineering, sales, marketing, and applications to ensure continued production of leading-edge process control solutions that drive our customers’ success.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications

Job Description
•    Lead a high-performing sales team focused on RBU customers including memory, IC foundry,  backend segments and wafter material.
•    Drive business growth through structured strategic selling methodologies and execution of account strategies.
•    Cultivate and maintain strong executive-level relationships with key customers to influence long-term partnerships.
•    Collaborate extensively with Service, Business Development, and Product Divisions to align customer needs with KLA’s solutions portfolio.
•    Provide regular business insights and strategic alignments to corporate executives and global stakeholders.
•    Serve as a role model and mentor, fostering team capability and preparing high-potential talent for future leadership roles.

•    Industry Experience: Proven success in sales leadership within the semiconductor equipment or high-tech industry.
•    Strategic Selling: Expertise in applying structured sales frameworks to manage and close complex, high-value deals.
•    Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead, coach, and develop teams with a strong focus on succession planning and internal talent growth.
•    Cross-Functional Collaboration: Skilled in working across Service, Business Development, Engineering, and Product Divisions to deliver integrated customer solutions.
•    Executive Communication: Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, effective in engaging both customer executives and corporate leadership.
•    Results Orientation: Consistent track record of meeting or exceeding revenue and growth targets.
•    Career Aspiration: Motivated by career advancement and open to expanding into broader senior leadership roles.
