This is a hybrid role, working in the Warsaw office two days a week, and with travel to customers sites.

As the Sales Director for our Retail Division in Poland, you will lead and inspire a high-performing Sales and Account Management team. In this strategic role, you will be responsible for new business development and executing sales plans that brings DN’s Retail’s innovative products and services to market. You will drive revenue growth by identifying new sales opportunities within new accounts, leading customer negotiations, and delivering tailored solutions that address client needs. Your deep understanding of our offerings and customers’ businesses will enable you to create value-driven proposals and foster long-term partnerships. This role is critical to ensuring customers realize the full potential of DN’s solutions and services.
