At our plant in Glenrothes, Scotland we design, develop and produce radial piston motors working in partnership with world renowned international OEM’s in industries such as material handling, construction and forestry machinery

Job DescriptionDevelop and implement global Sales Strategy for radial piston motors that aligns with market trends by steering global sales community.Define Go to Market for direct and indirect channel business per region.Set and exceed quarterly and yearly sales and revenue goals through strategic planningEstablish and maintain strong partnerships with key customers to ensure satisfaction.Analyse market data to derive strategic decisions and to identify new opportunities.Make use of modern sales tools and AI to increase sales and efficiency.Manage and motivate a diverse team, fostering collaboration and accountability in a hybrid work environment. Implement inclusive leadership practices that balance performance and employee well-being.Set the strategy for a virtual and international team in today's hybrid work environment, while fostering key customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and collaborating closely with product managers and other internal functions to drive business growth in the mobile hydraulics sectorTrack and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to business development activities. Use data to make informed decisions and adjust strategies accordinglyStrong presentation and facilitation skills; with the ability to structure and facilitate workshops and develop business casesEstablish and maintain industry contacts that lead to sales that may also including meeting with key clientsMaintain and develop relationships with counterparts across Bosch to assist each other on successCollaborating with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product management, logistics, etc, to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth

QualificationsDegree in Sales, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.Proven experience in sales, preferably in mobile hydraulics, with proven leadership and remote team management.Ability to create buy in for sales strategies derived from data and ensure implementationThrive in fast-paced environments and manage multiple priorities.Extensive knowledge in developing and implementing sales strategiesExperience working with diverse teams and departments (product management, engineering).Excellent communication and negotiation skills.Willingness to extensive international travel.
