Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Sales Manager to improve growth in our Media expertise. You will help expand our client portfolio by identifying high-value opportunities and positioning our data-driven solutions as essential enablers of our performance. Reporting to the VP Growth, you will use our modern capabilities — Media, Creative and Data & Analytics - to help businesses turn their data into a competitive advantage.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

Business Development & Prospecting

Execute a strategic development plan aligned with our growth goals.Identify, qualify, and engage prospects, developing a sustainable sales pipeline.Implement prospecting strategies, both directly and through strategic partnerships.

Client Relationship Management & Opportunities

Be a trusted advisor, showcasing the value of our combined Media x Crea x Data proposition to senior decision-makers.Understand client challenges and our goals, translating them into tailored, data-driven strategies.

Pitching & Commercial Proposals

Lead the development of strategic proposals and responses to RFPs, ensuring alignment with client our goals.Create compelling commercial propositions that highlight the impact of our data and analytics expertise.Work with our teams to design and sell custom, high-value solutions that differentiate our agency.

Brand Development & Networking

Represent the agency at industry-leading events (conferences, trade shows, networking events).Develop and nurture a network within the Data, Analytics, Martech, and Digital Transformation ecosystem.

Performance Tracking & Reporting

Maintain accurate tracking of commercial activities, sales pipeline, and performance metrics.Provide recommendations to increase sales efforts and improve conversion rates.

QualificationsExperience (8+ years) in business development or sales within Media and digital transformation.Track record in closing high-value deals and managing complex sales cycles.Expertise in selling data-driven solutions, including analytics platforms, CRM strategies, data modeling, and measurement frameworks.Excellent negotiation and consultative selling skills, with the ability to engage and influence C-level decision-makers.Experience with Martech, analytics tools and business intelligence solutions.Well-established network within the digital, marketing, and technology ecosystem.Fluent in business EnglishYou'll love getting to know your clients, developing long-lasting relationships and adding value to their business.You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options find practical solutions.
