Location: Hybrid NYC or Remote US

SS&C Blue Prism is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sales Director to cover large enterprise accounts. You will work closely with our partners, peers and SS&C ecosystem to expand our market share by maintaining and generating new opportunities in aligned accounts.

What You Will Get To Do: 

Selling both directly and engaging closely with alliance and channel partners, to develop and and expand opportunities in aligned accountsDevelop deep understanding of aligned accounts and develop relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makersSelling automation solutions into large enterprises, BPOs and Shared Services operations, to manage complex sales campaigns from introduction to closureWork alongside the senior relationship holders in key alliance partners in joint selling campaignsWork with existing sales process and collateral and help develop the materials to suit specific marketsSelf-generate new pipelineClose new business from end user clientsWork alongside alliance partners in joint selling campaignsWork with new channel partners to help them become independentWork with the technical team to provide sales feedback and help identify areas for improvementForecast Accuracy so that Management can properly plan for growthMaintaining a very clean view into current quarter and future quarter opportunities and forecastThe ability to travel roughly 30-60% of the time is a requirement

What You Will Bring: 

10-15 years of selling into Enterprise /multi-buyer, matrixed accounts with a track record of successAptitude to sell at senior level, managing complex transformational dealsSuperb relationship building skills are a must – a range of influencers are involved in successful automation sales – within the target accounts themselves, influencing partners and of course internal resources needed to support client activitiesStrong background in new business sales with a demonstrable track record of successBackground in a consultative sales environment with an excellent understanding of complex solution sales cycles and proven experience in successful solution sellingExperience and proven ability to sell to the business, as well as the IT influencersInquisitive and tenacious with the ability to find new opportunities and extend the value of accountsCredible at both executive and operational levels, with the ability to develop long-term relationshipsComfortable in carrying a quota, have strong organizational skills and excellent relationship skillsWill have a ruthless focus on results – pipeline generation, revenue and profit, with the ability to lead and inspire others in your ecosystemExcellent communicator, both written and verbally
