Sales Director – Nutraceuticals

Mackenzie Stuart is partnered with a market-leading dietary supplement CDMO who are looking for a German Sales Director to join their growing team. As the Sales Director, you will drive growth across the German market and you will play a pivotal role in expanding the company’s presence among brand owners and retailers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy for Germany to drive new business and strengthen existing partnerships.Identify and close new opportunitiesPartner with internal teams such as R&D, operations, regulatory and customer service to ensure seamless onboarding and project delivery.Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitive activity to inform commercial strategyRepresent the company at trade shows and other industry specific events.

Requirements:

This individual will need a deep understanding of the German nutraceutical contract manufacturing market and will need to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.7+ years of experience in B2B sales5+ years in dietary supplement contract manufacturingProve track record of developing new businessFluent in German and English
