As Sales Director, Walmart US, Philips Personal Health North America, you will lead a high-performing sales organization to deliver growth, operational excellence, and strategic impact across one of our most important retail partners. You will set the vision, drive execution, and ensure our teams and innovations create exceptional value for both the business and our customers.

Your role:

Deliver the annual operating plan for Walmart US, ensuring financial predictability and achievement of growth objectivesLead joint business planning, shape Walmart strategy, and drive performance against key KPI’s.Champion best-in-class retail execution, incremental distribution, omni-channel excellence, and efficient sell-through.Build, lead, and develop a team of 5 direct and 2 indirect reports, fostering a culture of accountability and results.Partner with global colleagues to industrialize and commercialize innovations on time and at scale.Maximize customer value and satisfaction through superior service delivery and strategic stakeholder engagement.Drive cross-functional collaboration with Business Units, Finance, Supply Chain, R&D, Marketing, Consumer Care, and Quality Management.Communicate with influence, prioritize high-impact opportunities, and execute strategic initiatives that deliver measurable results.

You're the right fit if:

You’ve acquired 8+ years of experience in Sales, Business Development, Business Transformation, Marketing. Experience in consumer-packaged goods, people management is preferred.Your skills include a proven history of successfully driving key strategic initiatives within an organization beyond the immediate span of control. As well as leading, influencing, and working with all levels in a complex matrixed organization, including executive leadershipYou possess strong cross-functional collaboration and ability to partner, influence and negotiate across a global organization.You have a Bachelor's Degree in business, marketing, or applicable discipline; MBA preferred.You must be able to successfully perform the following minimum Physical, Cognitive and Environmental job requirements with or without accommodation for this Sales position.You’re result oriented with a proven track record of delivering / bias toward driving action for growth. Exhibits passion for and focus on consumer-first and customer-centric solutions with a strong knowledge of go-to-move market strategies.Demonstrated expert written/verbal communication skills, and a proven capability to present complex concepts in a concise and understandable way to a variety of audiences, including the highest level of the organization and senior executives externally.

This is an office role.

How we work together

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details

Total Target Earnings is composed of base salary + target incentive. At 85% to 120% performance achievement, the Target Earning potential is $190,000 to $280,000 annually, plus company fleet/car.  Total compensation may be higher or lower dependent upon individual performance. 

Target Earnings pay is only one component of the Philips Total Rewards compensation package, which includes a generous PTO, 401k (up to 7% match), HSA (with company contribution), stock purchase plan, education reimbursement and much more.  Details about our benefits can be found here.

Company relocation benefits will not be provided for this position.  For this position, you must reside in or within commuting distance to Rogers, AR.
