About the Role
As the Sales Director for Tech Cloud, you will lead Oracle’s cloud business growth and transformation initiatives within Korea’s leading manufacturing clients. You will be responsible for setting go-to-market strategies, driving key transformation projects, and achieving revenue goals by engaging directly with C-level stakeholders. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on sales execution, team development, and collaboration across Oracle’s matrix organization.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Oracle Cloud business expansion across Korea’s manufacturing industry, including top enterprise clients. Define and execute go-to-market strategies aligned with Oracle’s cloud vision (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS). Develop business plans and ensure consistent delivery against revenue and margin targets. Build and manage a high-performing sales team with a focus on execution and growth. Foster deep engagement with C-level executives and IT decision-makers in manufacturing firms. Manage accurate forecasting, pipeline development, and sales operations with discipline. Collaborate closely with pre-sales, consulting, and partner ecosystem to deliver “One Oracle” experience. Act as a trusted advisor to customers, helping them navigate digital transformation with Oracle solutions. Leverage industry trends, competitor insights, and client needs to drive strategic cloud adoption. Identify and recruit talent, coach team members, and promote a culture of performance and innovation.What We’re Looking For
15+ years of successful sales leadership experience in enterprise IT or cloud solutions. Proven track record of closing large-scale cloud transformation deals with manufacturing clients. Deep understanding of Korea’s manufacturing sector, including digital priorities and procurement patterns. Strong business acumen, including financial planning, revenue forecasting, and ROI-based selling. Excellent people leadership skills – able to inspire, engage, and develop top sales talent. Consultative selling approach with the ability to position Oracle as a strategic technology partner. Ability to work effectively in a matrix environment and drive collaboration across internal functions.
