Responsible for Acquiring new accounts within Global Accounts Business in GTAP regionResponsible for Go To market strategy to acquire new accounts / grow new lines of business across IDG, ISG & SSGLead a team of Account Executives across the region, develop staff competencies and drive employee engagementDevelop effective relationships with select key customer stakeholders, decision makers and influencers globallyDrive all regional planning and reporting, be an active member of the leadership teamOverall P&L responsibility, Coordinate resources to appropriately balance strategic objectives with financial returnDeep understanding of Lenovo product / services road map, product differentiation and value propositionEffective communications skills (verbal and written) with sensitivity and appreciation for geographic, language and cultural diversityRequirements:15 years of experiences in sales, account management and account acquisitionTeam management experience across a regional function is requiredTravelling is expected and applicant must be willing to travel frequently as needed by the businessGreat personality with the ability to connect with customers at all levels Additional Locations: * Malaysia * Malaysia
