What you will do

As a Sales Manager for Oracle’s flagship, industry-leading Data Platform, you will lead, coach and empower a team of sales professionals to drive adoption and growth across multiple enterprise accounts.

Drive strategic planning and execution across your team's territory and verticals.Lead account planning and opportunity management in collaboration with your team.Support your team in developing robust, qualified pipelines and achieving revenue targets.Serve as an executive sponsor and trusted advisor to key customers and partners.Work across Oracle ecosystems and alliances to build long-term customer capabilities.Promote a customer-centric and collaborative team culture aligned with Oracle’s values.Foster relationships with C-level executives and decision makers in key accounts.Communicate and reinforce Oracle's value proposition through unified multi-pillar offerings.Support the team to leverage Pre-Sales, Product Management and Global Business Units to support complex sales cycles.Ensure team execution of business development initiatives to increase pipeline and awareness of Oracle Technology and PaaS solutions.Develop team capabilities through coaching, mentoring and performance management.Travel as required.
