JOB DESCRIPTION
This position will be responsible for the Digital acquisition of proprietary external cards through our referral program managing strategies in our internal ecosystem and external platforms. This role will also optimize results and investment (CPA). He/She will be also responsible for design, plan and execute new opportunities to grow the channel.
Plan and define channel annual goals and quarter forecast driving the team to achieve their targets. Manage different strategies to increase the volume of referrals working with all the business units to improve the communication of this loyalty program. Understand E2E UX & Analytics reports to define marketing & UX testing and enhancements to maximize growth & optimize budgets in order to improve the cardmembers experience in all the path/journey. Monitor best practices from other Markets to define short & long- term strategies to maximize growth while innovate. Measure, analyze and report acquisition performance.QUALIFICATIONS
University degree in business administration, marketing or similar careers Minimum 5 years of experience in online marketing, digital sales in a heavily performance driven environment. Experience in referral programs, rewards, loyalty programs (nice to have) Strong independent work, goal oriented and focused on result skills are a must in this position. High level of experience working with stakeholders across product, tech, brand, customer service and sales. Strategic thinker and commercially astute - understand clients' business drivers - come up with new ways they can use apply our solutions. Strong ability to drive results and winning strategies; not afraid to challenge the status quo. Strong analytical skills. Ability to operate independently and proactively.
