Sales Development Specialist

Main Tasks

Research industry trends, competitors, and market dynamics of S&E to identify growth opportunities.Gather market demand through customer interviews and pre-sales to develop solutions or propose product improvements.Analyze S&E market demands to target potential customers and develop opportunities.Develop and execute sales strategies to target new customers, expand market reach, and boost market share.Monitor sales data, market feedback, and customer information to evaluate performance and refine strategies.Provide technical support to the sales team.Participate in marketing activities such as conferences, exhibitions, and workshops to support sales development.

Requirements
 

Education

Relevant material science master’s degree essential,major in Electronic/Physics/Optics Science or related is preferred.;Additional business qualification or PhD desirable.

Experience


1、Minimum 3 years of micro characterization, or related experiences in semiconductor & electronics industry(S&E).
2、Strong execution skills and a creative mindset are essential.
3、Strong self-motivated and willing to learn new technology and skills.

4、Excellent client-facing communication ability.

Other skills
1、Be kindhearted and honest.
2、Customer-oriented.
3、Excellent Interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills.
4、Fluent English in both oral and written.
