About the right team member

The Sales Development Representative (SDR) qualifies outbound leads and create opportunities for closing sales specialists. This role is responsible for seeking out new opportunities via databases (social, websites, etc.), as well as for contacting prospects. This role creates awareness of the Mindbody product, increases interest level and sets up demonstrations of the software. 

About the roleThis role is a remote role based in the UKThis person will need to be fully fluent in English and SpanishCommunicates with prospects, leveraging multiple channelsDrives sales volume via outbound cold calls and lead generationWorks with prospects to set up software demonstration calls with Sales SpecialistsConsistently achieves outbound prospecting objectives and key performance indicators (KPI’s) as defined for the roleMaintains data hygiene within Salesforce and Salesloft, ensuring attention to detail and accuracyAll other duties as assignedSkills & experienceFluent in English and also fluent SpanishAbility to think quickly on their feet and respond to prospect rebuttalsAbility to function and perform under pressureDrive for sales and works well within a highly competitive environmentAbility to achieve and maintain individual goalsExercises great teamwork and enthusiasmExcellent phone demeanor and professionalismAbility to communicate clearly, listen thoroughly and respond quicklyExperience with CRM tools preferredRight to work in UK Have we piqued your curiosity?
