The right candidate serves as the first point of contact for potential homebuyers, guiding them through the early stages of the home buying journey and maintaining a strong, supportive relationship throughout the process. This role is responsible for building trust, understanding customer needs, and connecting clients with the right home solutions while ensuring a seamless, positive experience from initial inquiry to post-purchase follow-up.

Engage and qualify leads through phone, email, online platforms, and in-person interactions
Build and maintain relationships with prospective and active homebuyers, acting as a trusted advisor throughout the home buying process
Conduct needs assessments to match customers with appropriate home designs, locations, and features
Provide timely, accurate, and relevant information about home options, pricing, financing, and construction timelines
Schedule and coordinate model home tours, community visits, and meetings with Sales Representatives
Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure consistent communication and a smooth customer experience
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress in the CRM system
Proactively follow up with prospects at each stage to answer questions, address concerns, and provide updates
Collaborate with marketing teams to support lead generation campaigns and events
Monitor market trends, competitor offerings, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth and improvement
Conduct all business in a professional and ethical manner to serve customers and increase the goodwill and profit of the company
Ability to work overtime
Ability to travel overnight

Education and/or Experience
Associate’s degree from a two-year college or technical school
1–3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or relationship management, ideally in real estate, homebuilding, or a high-value consumer product environment
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written oral form or via DRH applications
Strong computer skills are required. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and the ability to learn new programs/systems quickly is essential
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
Customer-focused mindset with a passion for creating positive experiences
Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills
Ability to sit for majority of 8-hour workday; use hands and fingers to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk and hear. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and peripheral vision
