Ruckus Networks, a CommScope business, is looking to add an Sales Development Representative to support RUCKUS team sales in São Paulo, Brazil.

Due to rapid growth and increasing customer demand, we are seeking a multifaceted, organized, self-starter to fill the role of Sales Development Representative (SDR) based in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
What to Expect:
As an SDR, you will be an integral part of the sales engine, collaborating with RUCKUS Field Sales, Inside Sales, and Sales Leadership to identify and generate new business opportunities. You will help position RUCKUS solutions through our partner ecosystem to new end-users, helping drive growth in key market segments.
You Will Make an Impact By:
• Leveraging sales engagement tools (outreach.io) to generate new customer meetings within your target vertical or account list.
• Identify and qualify inbound leads, converting them to customer meetings for the sales teams.
• Managing leads in Salesforce (SFDC), qualifying and dispositioning as needed
• Employing creative thinking and AI toolsets to improve outreach and demand generation efforts within your target accounts.
• Leverage tools like Outreach.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Orum to conduct outbound campaigns and develop new prospects.
• Cold calling and overcoming objections from potential customers.
• Researching prospects to build a pipeline of qualified opportunities.
• Collaborating with teammates to ensure seamless lead handoff with a complete profile of information and clear follow-up actions.
Required Qualifications for Consideration
• Proficient in English Language (fluent conversational level is a must).
• Have 6 months previous B2B (Business to Business) selling experience in similar area.
• Some college or equivalent experience.

• CRM (Salesforce) tool experience.
• Sales Development experience in similar industry is highly desirable.
• Networking Business sales experience is highly desirable.
• Demonstrate strong leadership, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Show innovation through outstanding ideas and propose them to the team.
• Have experienced the benefits of data driven, purposeful coaching (via sports, arts, business, or other pursuits)
• Are Self-motivated and driven to succeed.
