About the Role
We’re on the hunt for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our high-performing Business Development team. This is your launchpad into the world of SaaS and professional services sales.

You’ll be the first spark in the sales journey — engaging prospects, uncovering needs, and booking meetings that matter. Along the way, you’ll become a trusted voice on compliance challenges and a go-to expert on our powerful RegTech solutions.

You’ll join a supportive team that celebrates wins and supports you every step of the way—plus you’ll earn commission while building a pathway to bigger sales roles.

Reporting to the BDM Team Lead, this is a permanent full-time role to be based in Sydney with the possibility of combined home/office-based arrangements to have flexible work-life balance.

Responsibilities

Connect with potential clients via calls, emails, and LinkedIn

Qualify leads and tee up meetings for our Business Development Managers

Keep our CRM sharp and insights flowing

Collaborate with sales and marketing to fuel the pipeline

Requirements

Experience in sales, customer service, or outbound calling? Awesome — but not essential!
