We're looking for a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our sales organization. This role supports all aspects of the company’s sales activities and will prospect and develop qualified sales opportunities for the Equifax Partners sales team. SDRs are responsible for prospecting and developing opportunities within current and new accounts through, but not limited to, outbound cold-calling efforts, email campaigns, and/or inbound lead qualification.
What you will do
Research and analyze prospective targetsManage all lead source opportunities in conjunction with the sales teamImprove communication regarding the lead outcome with the sales teamSupport all marketing campaigns through lead follow up and appointment settingAssist in developing target lists for all campaignsUpdate contact database/CRM with prospecting and meeting notesManage monthly “touch” campaigns for new business developmentAssist with seminars, tradeshows and conferencesAssist with references and Request for Proposal (RFP) processSupport sales team regarding product lead qualification and appointmentsManage business development and revenue generated metricsData mining and research accountsWhat experience you need
Bachelor's degree with a business related major or field of study preferred, or equivalent work experienceLead generation, outbound telephone cold-calling, and b2b appointment setting experience, preferably involving Director, Senior, or "C" level executivesAbility to open doors via telephone conversations and reach key decision-makersKnowledge of 'contact’ databases and CRMs such as SalesforceExperience using the Google SuiteAbility to multi-task and handle multiple deadlinesPersuasive writing and communication skillsWhat could set you apart
Positive, upbeat, and determined personalityTeam player mentality with ability to make independent choices and recommendations without immediate direction or supervisionExceptional problem solving, analytical, and research skillsEquifax is required by law to include a good-faith salary range for this role. This compensation range takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to: skill sets; experience and training; and other business and organizational needs. At Equifax, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role. A reasonable estimate of the current base salary range is $60,000 to $70,000. This position is also eligible for our sales incentive compensation program.
