About the Role:
As a Sales Development Representative for LexisNexis InterAction, you will play a crucial role in generating new revenue by creating and securing qualified business opportunities. This position offers a pathway to grow into a sales professional role within 12-24 months.
***This is a hybrid role that requires team members to go into the Dayton, Ohio office location 3 days a week.
Responsibilities:
Prospect into strategic business accounts using cold calls, emails, and social strategies
Drive sales growth by setting up qualified meetings for Account Executives
Develop creative strategies to target decision-makers at prospect accounts
Collaborate closely with sales teams to schedule qualified demonstrations and build a robust pipeline
Share success stories and discuss effective sales strategies in monthly meetings with management
Uphold all responsibilities with honesty, ethics, and professionalism
Requirements:
Proven experience in lead generation or inside sales.
Experience with cold calling (average of 50 outbound calls/emails/social-postings per day).
Excellent listening skills, quick thinking, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and ability to follow defined processes.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and CRM systems.
