**How you will contribute**
You will:
+ Provide support and training to enable effective use of sales systems.
+ Maintain and optimize systems for sales (including functionalities for customer management, tour planning, promotion planning, listing maintenance, shelf audit and reporting).
+ Provide support to users with specific technical problems in cooperation with IT service providers.
+ Drive continuous improvement of existing software and automation of new processes.

We are seeking a motivated team member for a 1-year secondment to support our Trade Performance Management (TPM) project. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to a key initiative within our sales organization and gain valuable experience in a dynamic project environment.
**Project Overview:**
The Trade Performance Management (TPM) project focuses on optimizing our sales processes through improved system capabilities and tools. This involves managing the promotional calendar, monthly sales forecasting, and ensuring seamless integration with our ERP systems.
As a TPM Project Support, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of the project. Your responsibilities will include:
**Project Support & Execution:**
+ Participate in the project design and development phases.
+ Support the execution and communication of project activities, including testing and validation.
+ Execute sales-related activities within the project, under the guidance of the sales owner, ensuring accurate and timely completion in relevant systems.
**User Acceptance Testing (UAT) & Data Validation:**
+ Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to validate system functionality and performance.
+ Perform end-to-end data validation across different systems.
+ Generate and distribute tracking reports on UAT progress and data validation results.
**Issue Management & Proactive Monitoring:**
+ Proactively monitor the progress of project activities, ensuring UAT tasks are completed successfully.
+ Identify, address, and escalate incidents or issues to the project management team.
**Tools & Documentation:**
+ Utilize project management tools (e.g., Jira) to track UAT status, report incidents, and submit change requests.
+ Contribute to the creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation.
+ Support the cut-over process/period.
**What You Bring to the Team:**
+ A proactive and results-oriented mindset with a passion for technology.
+ Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
+ Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
+ Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic project environment.
**Experience:**
+ You have 3 years of higher education (degree in engineering / management economics / statistics preferable)
+ Good understanding of sales systems and tools.
+ Proficiency in MS Excel / PPT.
+ Fluent in English.
+ Familiarity with TPM tools (SAP and Power BI experience highly desirable).
+ Experience in sales support or a related role, at least 1 or 2 years.
+ Ability to work effectively with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors.
+ Proven ability to handle multiple queries, respond promptly, and maintain composure under pressure.
