We’re looking for a motivated and results-driven Sales Development Manager to join our team and help drive our growth by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities.
Key responsibilitiesLead Generation & Prospecting
Identify and research potential leads through cold calling, email outreach, social media, and industry events. Qualify leads based on predefined criteria to ensure alignment with our target customer profile.Engagement & Nurturing
Engage with prospects through personalized communication, including phone calls, emails, and social media (with a strong emphasis on social selling). Build and maintain relationships by providing valuable insights and addressing prospect needs.Opportunity Conversion
Develop and execute strategies to convert leads into qualified sales opportunities. Schedule and coordinate meetings or product demos with internal subject matter experts.Data Management & Reporting
Track and manage leads and interactions using CRM tools. Provide regular updates on lead generation activities, pipeline status, and conversion metrics.Collaboration & Support
Partner with the Sr. Director and team members to align on goals and strategies. Support marketing initiatives by offering feedback on lead quality and outreach effectiveness. Qualifications and skillsBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. 3–4 years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer-facing roles (B2B sales or food & beverage industry experience is a plus). Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to build rapport. Proficiency in CRM software and sales tools (e.g., Salesforce, Marketo). Highly motivated and results-oriented with a strong drive to meet targets. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Excellent organizational and time management skills.
The typical hiring range for this role is $107,757.00 to $181,563.00 annually and is based on several factors including but not limited to education work experience, certifications, location, etc. In addition to your pay, Kerry offers benefits such as a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and retirement contribution (all benefits and incentives are subject to eligibility requirements).
