Sales Development Manager-液压产品
Job Responsibilities

Develop OGS business in China Dist. Channel and dedicated OEMs with profitable growth by means of new products promotion, new market/customer exploring and existing business defend.

-In Area of responsibility (Products, Regions, Target accounts…) and following the overall company/OGS BU strategy development and execute customer strategies together with sales team
-Support Development, Sharing and Application of value selling materials and tools. Including creating value propositions for products and solutions together with PAE and AE. (technical and commercial)
-For target accounts, and as a backup for the Pricing Specialist,  perform price evaluations (special pricing evaluation and approval). Document Approvals according to process.
-Work with Sales to share BU related topics - Training together with PAE or AE on technical and commercial topics. (Support Sales Meetings, Technology Days, …)
-Support Front End and Launch activities according to PDP as defined in projects. This is mainly about voice of the customer activities and market introduction of new products in alignment with the PMM /R&D /Engineering team.

Background & Skills

-Bachelor or master’s degree within hydraulic or mechatronics engineering
-5 years+ Hydraulic background experience working or technical sales experience
-Knowledge of hydraulic products is must; OGS product expertise is a plus
-Have an aggressive , positive and detail-oriented mindset
-Good in English both spoken and written
