Minimum qualifications:
+ Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
+ 5 years of experience with program management in sales, sales development or business development domains.
+ Experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
Preferred qualifications:
+ Experience in Enterprise/B2B sales or business development.
+ Experience in operations or business management, and vendor management.
+ Experience in forecasting, exceeding quotas, and driving rhythm of business with partners.
+ Ability to identify, collect, and analyze relevant data to help drive informed decisions.
In this role, you will create amazing experiences for prospects, maximize business, and meet the demands of business by managing vendor operations for Asia-Pacific (APAC). You will grow/scale the business and manage the full lifecycle of relationships with vendors including business development ramp and on-going performance management that drive qualified opportunities for the regional business and channel teams. You will partner with regional marketing, business, and acquisition leads across regions to drive global standard best practices.
The Global Partnerships organization is responsible for exploring new opportunities with Google's partners. Google’s Global Partnerships team works with a wide range of partners to bring the best of Google to power their business. The Global Partnerships team supports Google’s own Product teams with essential partnerships to help Google’s user experiences in advertising, Search, Assistant, Maps, Travel, Shopping, Payments and more. Teams create product-enabling partnerships, go-to-market strategies and incubate business growth for a variety of products.
+ Take ownership of achieving and exceeding key performance indicators (KPIs) related to Lead to Opportunity Conversion, Named Account Conversion, opportunity creation for Chrome and Education.
+ Oversee daily interactions with our North America vendors, driving key engagements in staffing, on-boarding, Statement of Work (SOW) management, and business reviews. Ensure Business Development Representatives (BDR) possess the necessary Google product, business and internal tool knowledge for success.
+ Analyze account/opportunity data and operational metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and opportunities to enhance BDR effectiveness.
+ Build relationships with Marketing leaders to provide insights. Develop and grow relationships across business, channel, and other Go-to-Market functions.
+ Collaborate with US-based Business and Marketing teams, work outside of standard local business hours.
