The Regional Product Manager (RPM) is responsible for managing the product lifecycle, positioning products and solutions, and serving as the key link between Sales LATAM and the Business Unit (BU) for each product line. Among the primary responsibilities of this role are establishing go-to-market strategies, defining, and executing plans for the introduction of new products, maintaining products, leading pricing, and promotions. The RPM is expected to provide competitive intelligence, market insights, enablement, and training for the sales and pre-sales teams, as well as for business partners and distributors, ensuring they are equipped to go to market with the assigned products.

The RPM interacts primarily with the Business Unit of each product portfolio, Regulatory teams, Product & Solutions Marketing, Pre-sales Engineers, Account Managers, Customer Success teams, Channels, and Customers.

Additionally, for the Supplies product line, the RPM will be responsible for operationalizing the commercial strategy defined by the Supplies group, conducting market analyses to propose new types of supplies tailored to the different regions of Latin America, and identifying opportunities to showcase the competitive advantage of the supplies offering.

For the RFID product line, the RPM is tasked with defining commercial strategy, mapping the market for customers and partners, and driving business development by identifying strategic pipeline opportunities. This includes prospecting new RFID customers for Zebra, recruiting, and enabling new partners with RFID capabilities across LATAM.
