Sales Desk Administrator Benelux

Sales Desk Administrator have work processes for handling an incoming request for quotation (RFQ), and for handling a customer Purchase Order (PO)!  Both processes are embedded in, and guided by, the Customer Relationship Management Cloud software application. The Sales Desk department is taking care of collecting all incoming RFQ’s and incoming orders and log them into CRM. One of the biggest responsibilities is recognizing the products. Emerson has several business units, and it is up to the Sales Desk to make sure the inquiry/order gets to the right person/BU. You are an important point of contact for Sales and in addition you work closely with each other in the team!

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:

•           Responsible for all RFQ’s and PO’s are centralized in the Quotations and in the Orders mailbox (BNL);

•           The accurate BU is defined;

•           In the CRM application an Order/RFQ task is crafted;

•           The PO/RFQ is uploaded in WCC (Emerson’s electronic archive);

•           Crafting new contact persons and new accounts;

•           Build and process Leads.

•           Proficient in Dutch and English;

Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart: 

•           First experience in a B-2-B order administration is a plus;

•           Knowledge of French  language is a plus.
