What You’ll Do: * Meet pre-qualified leads provided by Closet Factory (no cold calling required) * Visit clients in their homes to assess needs and design custom organizational solutions * Design spaces using CAD tools or design software (we provide training) * Present your design vision and pricing with clarity and confidence * Build trust, close the sale, and manage customer relationships * Enhance  your customer base via networking and social media What We Offer: * 100% Commission-Based Role – high earnings potential * No cold calling – all leads are company-generated and pre-qualified * Paid training program – learn our systems and sales process * Flexible schedule –set your own operating hours (consistent 35-40 hours per week expected) and office from home.
