Qualified Candidates:

Successful candidates are those who exude confidence and a sincere desire to bring positive energy to clients and coworkersCan multitask and use critical thinking and math skills in a fast paced atmosphereHave great people skills and can quickly establish positive relationships with guestsAre supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care servicesAre unflappable in the face of a customer complaint with the ability to de-escalate situationsCan work independently without supervision while still maintaining excellence in clinic operations and customer serviceHave experience with a variety of computer software and can quickly learn how to use a robust point-of-sale system

Day-to-Day:

Ensure that EVERY client has a positive experience Prioritize new guests and selling the Wellness Membership to every guest (membership sales is required)Provide outstanding customer service Promote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on customer goalsSupport clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questionsHelp grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreachFollow daily cleaning and infection control procedures to keep the clinic running smoothly
