Qualified Candidates:

Have a high school diploma or equivalent or are current studentsPrevious retail or sales experience (preferred)Have great people skills and can establish warm relationships with guestsAble to keep track of multiple tasks simultaneously (laundry, answering phones, checking clients in/out)Comfortable making phone calls to membersAre supporters of total body care with a general knowledge of massage and skin care services

Day-to-Day:

Provide outstanding customer service and help everyone feel valued and understoodPromote the value of Total Body Care by educating clients on new and expanded services, selling the Massage Envy Wellness Program, booking clients for future services, and encouraging homecare retail purchases based on service provider recommendationsSupport clinic flow by greeting clients, scheduling services, answering phone calls, responding to emails, and addressing questionsHelp grow and retain a client base both in-person and through phone/email outreachLight duty cleaning and laundry
