The Hilton Malta is looking for a Sales Coordinator Trainee, to support the Sales Team in administrative and operational tasks, contributing to the smooth running of the commercial function. The student will gain hands-on experience in sales processes, client interaction and internal systems.  Moreover, this could be the first step towards a future career with one of the many Hilton branded hotels worldwide.

Responsibilities: 

Input and maintain accurate data in the sales internal systems

Assist in the preparation and issuing of client quotations

Support the team in updating and maintaining client contracts and agreements

Participate in and assist with client show rounds

Liaise with internal departments to gather information or coordinate client requirements

Perform general administrative duties to support the sales function

Requirements: -

Currently pursuing studies in Business, Hospitality, Sales or a related field

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills

 Good communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Positive attitude and willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment
