Sales Coordinator (Temporary Part Time) - Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort

Hilton Santa Barbara Beachfront Resort is looking for a part-time Sales Coordinator to join the team! Ideally situated on California's Central Coastline and steps away from pristine beaches, this property pays homage to Santa Barbara’s culture and history throughout the 24-acre resort.

Hourly Rate Range: The hourly rate for this role is $22.00 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

\n\nExcellent English verbal and written communication skills\nMultitasking and organizational skills\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required\nAt least one (1) year of administrative experience is desired\nPrevious experience in sales or catering is an asset\nExperience with Delphi is a plus\n\n

What will I be doing?

\n\nProvide administrative support to the directors and managers of sales and marketing, including word-processing, data entry, filing, correspondence, e-mailing, answering telephones, and managing mail\nPerform general office duties such as faxing, copying, note-taking, ordering office supplies, making travel arrangements, and assisting on special projects as needed\nMaintain accurate records and documentation to support sales activities\n\n
