Hourly Rate Range: The Hourly Rate Range for this role is $25.30-$30.50 and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

The ideal candidate will possess:
\n\nExcellent English verbal and written communication skills\nMultitasking and organizational skills\nWorking knowledge of Microsoft Office programs such as Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are required\nAt least one (1) year of administrative experience is desired\nPrevious experience in hospitality or hotel operations is highly desired\nPrevious experience in sales or catering is an asset\nExperience with Delphi is a plus\n\n\nWhat will I be doing?
\n\nProvide administrative support to the directors and managers of sales and marketing, including word processing, data entry, filing, correspondence, answering telephones, and managing mail\nPerform general office duties such as faxing, copying, note-taking, making travel arrangements, and assisting on special projects as needed\nMaintain accurate records and documentation to support sales activities\nBlock space in inventory systems and support the sales team in writing proposals and contracts\nCoordinate site inspections, including research on customers, preparing alert forms, and ensuring meeting spaces and VIP rooms meet expectations\n\nWhat are we looking for?
