We are searching for a proactive and driven Sales Coordinator in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between clients, sales representatives, and other departments. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

**Responsibilities:**
+ Assist the sales team with proposals, contracts and client follow-ups
+ Maintain customer databases, process orders and track sales performance
+ Respond to inquiries, schedule meetings and handle customer requests
+ Liaise between sales and operations teams to ensure smooth workflow
+ Participate in promotional activities as appropriate and as determined by the Director of Sales & Marketing
**Qualifications:**
+ Associate or Bachelor’s Degree in Hotel Management or equivalent.
+ Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
+ Excellent interpersonal and administrative skills.
+ Confident and results-oriented personality.
