DescriptionReporting to the Director of Sales & Marketing, the Sales Coordinator is responsible for assisting the Groups and Events Sales Team and to extend that assistance to other professional sales team members when requested. He/She is in charge of the office organisation and assists in all administrative matters related to the Groups and Events Sales Team.
Overall Objectives\nSupport Sales & Marketing colleagues in their day to day activities and to assist them in achieving their personal and team objectives\nAssist the Sales & Marketing team with purchase orders\nManage and update inventory according to office and department’s operational requirements\nCompile and submit monthly reports, requisitions and statistics\nMaintain department’s operating manual, including policies, procedures, rules & regulations\nAssist to generate proper proposals, contracts, BEO and Group Resume.\nTo handle incoming calls and enquiries promptly and according to operating standards\nAssist in administrative duties such as preparing meeting minutes, project coordination, travel arrangements etc.\nOther ad-hoc duties as assigned\n
Requirements\nDiploma in hospitality, business or related discipline\nStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite\nHas excellent written and spoken communication skills\nAble to multi-task and work independently in a dynamic environment with good problem solving and decision-making skills.\nPossesses professional disposition with excellent interpersonal skills\nAbility to maintain highest standards of confidentiality, professionalism, ethics, grooming and attitude.\n
