What You'll Be Doing:Managing the full sales process from enquiry to closing the dealResponding to inbound enquiries and advising customers on suitable product optionsProducing detailed quotes, manufacture specifications, and pricing sheetsCreating and issuing invoicesMaintaining accurate sales data on the internal CRM systemCoordinating with customers, suppliers, and manufacturers to ensure smooth order fulfilmentSupporting market intelligence efforts with customer and product feedback
About You:Excellent communication and customer service skillsPrevious experience in a sales or sales support/admin roleHighly organised with strong attention to detailConfident using CRMs and Microsoft OfficeProactive, driven, and keen to grow in a target-based role
