Job Summary:

SALES COORDINATOR 

Location: Los Angeles, CA, New York, NY, or Remote in the US 

Division: Ticketmaster NA – NA Sales Region (Portfolio Company – Universe) 

Line Manager: Sales Operations Manager– Clubs & Universe 

Contract Terms: Permanent, full-time, 40 hours per week

THE JOB 

We’re seeking an ambitious, bright, and self-driven Sales Coordinator to join our team Under the direction of the Sales Operations Manager, this role is responsible for supporting the sales and operations functions through top of the funnel activities associated with the General Admission, Exhibits, and Clubs segments across North America. 

The role is an essential part of the Universe’s business model, fueling the growth of Pipeline and Revenue objectives of the NA Sales organization to ensure the Company can meet overall business objectives. In addition, this role will be responsible for early-stage prospect and funnel management which may include but is not limited to, decisions regarding which communication tactics to use, email messaging, talk tracks, and leveraging marketing resources. Ultimately, this position is to be responsible for generating a substantial pipeline of weekly meetings; generate Qualified Meetings to be accepted by the Client Development Team; and to achieve and exceed sales targets, as advised. 

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING 

Pipeline Generation 

Research, identify, and generate weekly meetings with select target personas. 

Identify and follow up on both inbound interest and generating outbound opportunities in North America. 

Qualify incoming leads for size, use case, and quality. 

Conduct daily volumes of activity including outbound cold calls, emails, and social selling. 

Organize, track, and prioritize potential leads and existing client renewals. 

Partner with sales organizations to drive the day-to-day interactions that identify prospects for long-term business opportunities. 

Articulate the key value proposition of Ticketmaster’s portfolio company’s products and services to the key players within the General Admission, Exhibits, and Clubs segments. 

Try to keep the language easy to read and understand.  

Sales Enablement 

Create and manage sales and outbound campaign copy, product demonstrations, and sales decks for sales presentations. 

Select appropriate outreach avenues (cold calls, email sequences, social networks) based on the prospect details including Persona, Account Size, and structure.  

Stay abreast and informed of trends and market data in target market segments in order to tailor outreach to prospects that will create opportunities.  

Provide feedback to Marketing on what assets and outreach are resonating and which are not in order to iterate on the resources available. 

Sales Operations 

Input accurate data into Salesforce for tracking prospect interactions and information. 

Keep sales and management teams informed by tracking and generating monthly sales pipeline and activity reports. 

Support special projects as required. 

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS) 

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent. 

Minimum of year of experience in a field/role such as Sales, Marketing, Administrative, or Customer service. 

Proficient in Salesforce, MS Office Suite such as Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint, Photoshop and/or Illustrator, Keynote, etc. 

Highly motivated, resourceful, and results-oriented to achieve goals. 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 

Familiarity pertaining to conducting research. 

Deadline-driven, detail-oriented, self-starter. 

Strong understanding of technology as well as how to efficiently use it. 

Solid interpersonal skills (e.g., friendly/outgoing and not afraid to connect with new people). 

A passion for the live event space is an added bonus!

The expected compensation for this position is:

$22.38 USD - $27.98 USD Hourly
