Job Title: Kitchen Cabinet Sales and Design Specialist

Job Description

As a Kitchen Cabinet Sales and Design Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients with their cabinetry needs. Your expertise in both sales and design will ensure that customers receive personalized solutions that enhance their living spaces.

ResponsibilitiesEngage with clients to understand their requirements, preferences, and budget, providing expert advice on cabinetry options, materials, and finishes.Utilize creative flair to design functional and aesthetically pleasing kitchen, bathroom, and other room layouts, collaborating with clients to create customized cabinetry solutions.Oversee the entire process from initial consultation to installation, coordinating with the installation team to ensure timely delivery.Cultivate strong relationships with clients, builders, and contractors, maintaining excellent communication throughout the project lifecycle.Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new materials, and innovative designs, serving as an ambassador for the brand.Essential SkillsCustomer serviceAccount managementOrder processingAdministrative supportProficiency in Microsoft OfficeOrder entrySales administrationStrong communication and negotiation skillsAttention to detail and ability to visualize spatial layoutsAdditional Skills & Qualifications2-3 years experience in cabinet sales and designPassion for interior design and cabinetryEducation in Interior Design, architectural, or related field is a plusTeam player with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleaguesFamiliarity with or proficiency in 3D design software such as 2020, AutoCAD, Sketchup is a plusWork Environment

You will work in a showroom setting, with one person onsite, reporting to the headquarters. The environment is supportive with training available for ordering questions and other needs. Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $55000.00 - $62000.00/yr.
