SUMMARY\n

Assist the Sales Manager and Salesmen in daily operation or activities involving the Marketing and Sales Programs by performing the following duties.\n
\n

ESSENTIAL JOBS and RESPONSIBILITIES \n

Other duties may be assigned.\n\nAnswer all overflow calls for Zone Managers.\nWhen Salesmen are not available take customer orders and\/or change orders as needed.\nCompile information on the Marketing and Sales Department for the quarterly newsletter.\nKeep photographs of homes and new options updated, as well as the Champion websites with the series and model information for new dealers. Responsible for all schematics sent to retailers.\nOrganize arrangements for the Foundation and Retail meetings.\nType, fax, and mail correspondence for the department.\nCheck accounts receivables for past dues monies. Reports problems to Sales Manager.\n\n

EDUCATION AND\/OR EXPERIENCE\n

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and one to two years related experience and\/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.\n
\n

SKILLS\n\nProficient in Microsoft Excel and Word\nAbility to work well in a fast-paced environment\nAttentive to detail\nFormer sales support and customer service experience is a plus\nAbility to prioritize\nHighly organization\nStrong communication skills - both written and verbal\nStrong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in a team environment while managing individual duties effectively\nStrong multitasking capabilities\nA commitment to integrity, ethical and economical practices, and Champion's Operating Principles\n\n
