What you will do:

Conduct market surveys and competitor research when required.

Assist Sales team with proposal, confirmation, bookings and rooming list.

Provide comprehensive, consistent sales service to the Private Line members to ensure maximum reservation productivity.Professionally conduct routine telemarketing activities to identify new accounts.Ensure that an efficient and accurate filing system, both manual as well as electronically is maintained at all times.Maintain complete and supported records of all Sales Agreements, Contracts and Quotations for the hotel.
