Headquartered in Portland, OR, we’re growing  and we’re looking for a Sales Executive to join us in the office as one of the first voices our clients hear. What You’ll Be Doing As a Sales Executive, you’ll play a key role in guiding people through a big transition. You’ll: + Walk clients through the moving process, making it simple and stress-free + Offer thoughtful, accurate quotes and provide honest guidance + Coordinate move schedules, answer questions, and make sure every detail is handled + Follow up after moves to ensure our clients are happy and heard + Work closely with the rest of the team to find ways we can improve and do better every day What You Bring to the Table We’re looking for someone who is: + Clear, confident, and caring in both written and spoken communication + Organized and comfortable using tools like CRMs and Google Workspace + Experienced in sales, customer service, or both + Comfortable working with people from all walks of life + Fluent in English (C1 level or higher preferred) + A valid U.S. visa is great, but not required What You’ll Get in Return + A full-time, in-office role with a supportive and collaborative team + Compensation between $1,800–$2,200/month (base + commission) + Paid time off + Tuition reimbursement and access to leadership development retreats + A work culture built on trust, purpose, and open communication we believe in empowering our people.
