Sales Coordinator

Meaningful Work from Day One

This position will support the sales operation department of Brown-Forman Turkiye. Working closely with the sales team, you will manage and operate sales automation software. You will be responsible for supporting sales teams in analyzing operational data and creating reports, reporting to the Sales Operations Manager.  In this role, you will  manage important and confidential information for the company and work with a high level of self-motivation, initiative, precision and discretion and with the ability to manage and prioritize the workload, in an intense environment, and with an eye on deadlines by being responsible for supporting the business (operational execution).

What You Can Expect

Sales Data Analysis & Reporting
• Prepares sales closing reports to be filled by the area sales and channel managers weekly.

• Coordinates monthly rolling forecasting process(IBP) and makes the required items ready for forecasting.

• Ensures the monthly targets are in line with the availability of B-F inventory.

• Always tracks the excess sales and raises the flag if he/she foresees any inventory risks for the future.  

• Calculates sales team bonuses, aligns with the sales leaders and provides with the HR.

• Prepares distributor financials report on quarterly basis and coordinates the process with area sales managers.

• Creates daily reports from the sales automation system and SAP.
• Develops analysis with comments indicating risks and opportunities if necessary, using daily reports for channel managers, area managers and distributors.
• Creates channel specific reports for support.
• Develop specific reports for all channels.
• Business partnership for the Trade Marketing Department. 

Distributor Communication

• Coordinates yearly distributor agreement process.

• Calculates distributor bonuses, aligns with the finance department and communicates with distributors.

• Responsible for stock countings in coordination with area sales managers.

Keeping the System Up to Date
• Enters new customer details and new promotions.
• Updates price list.
• Adds new products.

• Define discounts.

Coordination with Sales Automation Company
• Delivers the needs of the company to sales automation representatives.
• Delivers insights of how to improve current reports.

• Coordinates sales team, distributor operator and sales automation company representative in order to fix bugs.

• Coordinates new distributor SFA system setup and plan training.

What You Bring to the Table

• University degree.

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience, ideally in the FMCG industry.

• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.

• Fluent in English.

• You are dynamic, determined and feel comfortable working in a team as well as independently.
• Excellent time management and organization capability
• Excellent Communication Skills
