About The Role:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our network of alliance partners. This role is ideal for individuals eager to gain experience in sales operations, partner enablement, and cross-functional collaboration. You will play a crucial role in assisting our partners by managing requests, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating with internal teams. Strong organizational skills, effective communication, and familiarity with tools like Salesforce and Excel are essential. Responsibilities:
Provide support for alliance partners on operational, technical, and administrative requests, including managing CRM records, assisting with product queries, resolving invoicing and portal issues, and escalating customer support queries.Coordinate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Solution Consultants, Customer Support, Finance) to address partner needs efficiently.Track open requests and follow up to ensure completion and partner satisfaction.Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve documentation.Requirements:
Experience in a customer-facing or operational role (sales support, customer success, admin coordination, etc.) is preferred.Familiarity with Salesforce and basic proficiency with Excel.Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple requests simultaneously.Effective communication skills—clear, professional, and responsive.Proactive and resourceful, with a willingness to learn and ask questions.Interest in sales and partnerships.Work in a way that works for you
