Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Controlling & Pricing Expert to join our team and contribute to exciting and challenging activities in the area of Divisional Global Coordination of Engineering Change Requests (ECR). This role offers the opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, analyze key business and technical data, and  drive process compliance and strategic decision-making:

Supports the coordination of product life cycle management and engineering change management activities by representing the sales teams voiceCoordinates the engineering change request (ECR) in the planning phase and provides feedback regarding the defined criteriaParticipates in ECR review and approval meetings, raises questions, takes minutes and decisions and sign ECRsParticipates in the ECM Steering Committee with responsibility towards agenda preparation and support of document releaseNegotiates the sales timing plan together with the stakeholdersContinuous update and improve of customer involvement matrixAnalyses and ensures data quality by performing plausibility checksTracks sales timing plan and intervenes if the timing plan is delayedProcess optimization for the responsible activities and toolsSetup, evaluation, and specification of new business requirementsRegular exchange with the Stakeholders within the same processRepresenting the division in front of the Bosch Mobility Central department and in front of other Divisions          Coaches customer team contacts about process or tool

Qualifications

Education: Completed university studies in business, engineering, natural sciences or similar

Experience: 3+ years of experience in Sales or Technical field

Personality and working style:

Technical affinity, ability to see the topic through customer team or OEM point of viewGood analytical skills (data analysis & interpretation and consolidation of data, ability to draw conclusions and propose solutions)High persuasive abilities, communication skills and ability to work under pressureQuality and result oriented: assumes ownership for assigned tasksHigh time management skillsProactive thinkingSocial Competencies and SkillsSystematic, precise and self-organized working styleAbility to work in teams (including virtual teams)

Experience and know-how:

Business management know-how in sales or controlling processesBasic technical understanding (trainings will be provided for product know-how)Microsoft Office know-how, advanced Excel skillsExperience in collaborating with stakeholders from sales and production area

Languages: Very good English and German skills are a must
