Job Description

Customers in automotive industry order management.

Interface customer order between customer web site and Bosch system POE in SAPCommunicating customers/sales/logistics/quality etc.Download/upload data based on guideline by monthly/weekly/daily in customer and Bosch systemInvoicing for delivery of goods to customersCredit/Debit note to adjusting invoice for customersInvoicing for special revenue

Sales coordination.

Coordinating the sales team by managing schedule and communicating relevant informationAttending central project to improve order to cash

QualificationsBachelor’s degree or higher in Finance & Accounting or Supply Chain Management or Business Administration or any related field.3 - 5 years of experience in automotive industry.Understanding automotive supply chain including order management, materials management and supplier development module in SAP.Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, problem-solving and relationship building skills.Good communication skills for both written and spoken English.Skilled SAP SD/FI module experience, Excel (Macro, visual basic),
