Job DescriptionEnd-to-end process management for key sales controlling activities, including pricing strategy formulation, price application approval, and price maintenanceDrive continuous improvement and efficiency in cross-functional processes involving Sales, Finance, and Supply Chain: Sales KPI tracking and reporting (e.g. TNS, AR, SE/CSS), Sales planning for short-term (MBR, CF, BP) and long-term (VPZ)Ensure compliance with internal controls and corporate standards across all related processesSupport internal and external audits related to sales controlling

QualificationsBackground in sales, manufacturing, engineering, international trade, logistics, or related fieldsSolid understanding of commercial and technical business processesExperience or knowledge in SAP operation, process management or process optimization is a strong plusStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsEffective communication skills in both Chinese and English
