Learn more at https://www.jnj.com/innovative-medicine **We are searching for the best talent for Sales Controlling Supervisor – Mexico Innovative Medicine** **Position Overview:** As the **Sales Controlling Supervisor** , you will be responsible for overseeing sales financial planning, analysis, and reporting to support strategic decision-making processes within Mexico Innovative Medicine. You will collaborate closely with sales and finance teams to ensure accurate budgeting, forecasting, and control of sales performance, while driving operational efficiency and compliance. **Key Responsibilities:** + Lead the sales controlling functions, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis. + Monitor sales performance against targets, providing actionable insights and recommendations. + Collaborate with sales and commercial teams to develop performance reports and dashboards. + Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies. + Support the preparation of financial presentations for senior management. + Oversee data accuracy and integrity within sales reporting systems. + Train, mentor, and supervise the sales controlling team. + Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance sales data systems and processes. **Qualifications:** + Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related field. + Proven experience (4+ years) in sales controlling, finance, or sales analytics. + Strong understanding of financial principles, budgeting, and reporting. + Proficiency in ERP systems, SAP, Workday, or similar platforms. + Advanced Excel skills and data analysis capabilities. + Excellent communication, leadership, and teamwork skills. + Fluency in Spanish and English.
