Role purpose
To offer exceptional customer service whilst maximising all initial sales opportunities and all future online sales.
Rostered hour:
Wednesday and Thursday from 7 am to 3 pm at Cairns Domestic Airport.
Key accountabilities
Deliver excellence in customer serviceFollow the sales process in order to maximise sales and promote to all customers our online products range for all transactions- Travel Money card, Online Sales etcEmbrace the Digital mindset-SocialMedia- google reviews/facebook/Instagram.Understand features and benefits of all Travelex product linesUse every opportunity to upsell and cross-sellRecognise the warning signs of questionable transactions and mitigate possible effects of the saleAdhere to promotional marketing offersManage till stocksAchieve individual KPIs / targetsFully investigate overs and shorts (differences) and reportAdhere to company and location policy and procedures, including Audit, Risk, Health & Safety, Security and customer service requirementsEnsure compliance to legal and corporate requirementsMaintain high standards of housekeeping and presentation of storesContribute to the success of the teamComplete training within required timelinesAny other reasonable instructions as required by the businessRole-specific experience and skills
Retail, cash handling and/or banking experienceExcellent customer service skillsExcellent numerical abilityExcellent knowledge of product, services and proceduresDemonstrated experience working with computer systemsAbility to work independently as well as in a team environmentAbility to handle routine activities with attention to accuracy and detailFlexibility to work different shifts and locations as requiredEnglish language skillsGeneral experience and personal qualities
