Compensation Program Implementation: Work with other internal groups cross functionally to implement compensation programs that align with the company’s strategic goals. Collaborate on design and execution needs for annual program reset ensuring that all programs designed can be executed through utilization of reporting and system tools.Tools: Participate in the selection and implementation of Compensation tracking and execution tools and systems.Quota Management: Manage sales quota systems to ensure they are realistic, achievable, and aligned with business objectives. Regularly review and monitor quotas based on performance data and market conditions and work with sales leaders and finance to adjust as needed.Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of compensation and quota programs. Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership.Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with HR, finance, and sales teams to ensure alignment on compensation and quota strategies. Facilitate communication and collaboration to support overall business goals.Employee Communication: Communicate compensation and quota programs to employees clearly and effectively. Provide training and support to ensure understanding and compliance.Budget Management: Develop and manage the budget for compensation and quota programs. Ensure cost-effective solutions and efficient use of resources.Design and facilitate approval workflow and processes to ensure efficient and timely execution to meet payment cadences.Design and implement internal systems and processes to minimize manual efforts, align teams drive out errors. Monitor and report on error correction and timeliness, implementing root cause analysis and correction to drive out errors.Design and implement salesperson visibility to ongoing performance, improving performance through awareness.Execute and design creative use of SPIF and other bonus/reward special promos to help drive targeted sales performance.Lead a highly effective team, managing all aspects of territory management, change management, monthly attainment tracking, performance reporting, and responding to sales team inquiries in a consistent, policy-driven, fair, and timely manner.Continuous Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve compensation and quota programs. Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to drive innovation.Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance, or a related field.Proficiency in compensation analysis tools and software.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.Knowledge of federal, state, and local compensation regulations as it pertains to the countries and regions supported.Experience with quota management and sales performance analysis.Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.Experience:
5+ years of experience in compensation management, sales operations, or a related role.Skills:
