Sales Compensation Analyst
**Position:** Sales Compensation Analyst **Job Description:** **Sales Compensation Analyst** **ABOUT THE ROLE** The Sales Compensation Analyst will be accountable for the processing of Sales Incentives, addressing staff queries, updating process documentation, maintaining and analysing data, and pursuing ongoing learning in Sales Compensation and HR tools. This role offers the opportunity to gain knowledge in sales compensation, to influence Arrow’s sales compensation strategy, and exposure to a wide group of stakeholders, including senior management at Arrow. **WHAT WILL YOU DO:** + Drive excellence in managing and verifying variable compensation and incentive payments, ensuring precision and adherence to Arrow standards. + Partner with business leaders (HR, Finance, Management) to resolve complex issues and communicate program insights effectively, fostering transparency and trust. + Maintain comprehensive records and generate insightful reports on the performance of compensation plans, supporting strategic decision-making. + Conduct detailed cost analyses and contribute to the innovative design of new or improved compensation strategies. + Assist in executing impactful communication strategies and support related projects to enhance engagement and understanding. **WHO YOU ARE:** + 2–4 years of relevant experience, in Human Resources, AP, AR or related areas. + Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint). + Familiar with Power BI or Power Automate – experience with either is considered an asset Excellent verbal and written communication skills and are fluent in English. + Manage priorities and multi-task effectively in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines. + Detail-oriented and demonstrate strong problem-solving and consulting skills. + Able to work with a wide variety of stakeholders, including senior management. + Great team player who remains composed under pressure and focuses on resolving issues effectively. + A lifelong learner who seeks to continuously grow and adapt in a changing environment to foster personal and professional growth. **WHAT WE OFFER:** + Permanent job contract after probation period + Hybrid work system with flexible working hours + Private medical healthcare program + Cafeteria MyBenefit (including Multisport) + Friendly work atmosphere with fantastic working culture + Nice office facility and casual dress policy **WHO WE ARE:** **Arrow Electronics** , a division of Arrow Electronics Inc, delivers innovative IT solutions designed to address complex business challenges.
