What You’ll Do

As a Sales Coach Manager, you will play a key leadership role in driving sales performance by:

Developing & mentoring Team Managers to sharpen their coaching and sales leadership skillsDesigning and executing high-impact training programs to boost sales reps’ performance.Analyzing sales trends & campaign data to recommend winning strategies.Optimizing lead targeting and conversion techniques to hit aggressive sales goals.Driving a culture of accountability, motivation, and continuous improvement.Providing leadership teams with actionable insights & growth recommendations.

Qualifications
