Responsibilities This role is on the best-in-class PepsiCo Advisor Team, supporting our merchant partners at Walmart. Provide Luminate Reporting for Category Advisor Team Maintain Store Lists and Traiting (assigning Walmart stores with new planograms with same-day response time to Customer) with Walmart and Category Advisor Manage all data inputs/outputs for distribution to category teams’ reporting tools Collaborate with the customer in conjunction with advisor teams regarding all aspects of category strategy development and advanced software utilization Build and maintain long-term relationships with Walmart Buyers through objective detailed analysis, insights development and presentation Support PepsiCo Walmart Category Advisor team Collaborate with Advisor on management of project requests and assignments Collaborate with Advisor on management of customer planogram requirements, category updates, timelines, and implementations Collaborate with Advisor on new hire on-boarding & training process Conduct detailed category decompositions and reporting leveraging appropriate information resources to include: Retail Link/RSI, IRI POS, IRI Panel, and Custom Shopper Research to drive Insights to Action Ensure continual training and development to enhance business knowledge and analytical skills Compensation and Benefits: The expected compensation range for this position is between $69,900 - $117,000 Location, confirmed job-related skills, experience, and education will be considered in setting actual starting salary.
